A: Rentals are available within a 10 mile radius from Merced, CA.

Q: What do I need to do to reserve a Jumper with your company?
A: Just pick out the one you want from our website and give us a call at 209-769-6072.  We accept reservations anywhere from months in advance to just the day before your event, however, the earlier you reserve, the better your chances of getting the Jumper you want.  We also do same day reservations depending on Jumper and driver availability.  If you need a same day reservation, call us as early as possible to book your Jumper.

Q: Do you deliver to parks?
A: Yes, we meet the insurance requirements and deliver to parks in Merced City, Merced County, Atwater City, and Yosemite Lake.  When reserving a Jumper at a park, you may need to rent a generator if no power is available.  We rent generators for $40 per day, and that price includes the gas necessary to run the Jumper for up to 8 hours. 

Q: What type of surface can you setup on?
A: We can setup on grass, asphalt, concrete, Astroturf, carpeted areas or cement. The area will need to be level and free of rocks or sharp objects. In most cases we will use a tarp under the unit and as long as its free of rocks and level we can set it up. We prefer not to setup in mud or dirt. Please note the units will weigh down the grass but it will not kill it. Some water units can muck up a grassy area very quickly so be sure to find some way for proper area drainage.

Q: Does the blower have to run all the time?
A: Yes, the blower keeps the inflatable bounce house or slide inflated. As long as all riders have exited safely, the blower can be unplugged to deflate the bouncer or slide. This is sometimes neccessary to give the adult supervisors a break and to let the children take a breather.

Q: I've heard they are dangerous. How safe are bounce houses?
A: Bounce houses are very safe, as long as all the rules are followed and common sense is used. Bumps and bruises occasionally can be expected. However, most people have a misconception about bounce houses, and think of them as a "baby sitter." Rent a bounce house, and the adults can be left alone. WRONG! Most of the injuries are caused by or happen to unsupervised children. Just as you would not leave children unattended in a swimming pool, do not leave children unattended in a bounce house. They must be supervised at all times, and the rules must be inforced! It will keep the children entertained for hours though, and they will sleep that night!

Q: Are adults allowed in the bounce houses or slides?
A: With older kids (teens) and adults, more serious injuries occur with long recovery times. Bumps and bruises can be expected in a bounce house. Children typically get bumps and bruises. They remeber that bump or bruise for, ummm, all of about 30 seconds. If your like me, your still feeling it three days later! Adults end up with ruptured disks, back, head and knee injuries and have families depending on them for income. Yes, we would all love to be seven or eight again. Mentally some of us are, but physically ......... it can be serious.
Adults will not harm or damage the bouncers. It's always the other way around. Any adults trying to be eight years old again, you are doing so at your own risk!

Q: What kind of deposit is required?
A: At this time, we do not require a deposit.

Q: What if it rains?
A: It is the customers responsibility to watch the weather. You may be advised by a Bounce N Kids representitive prior to your rental. Once the inflatable is delivered and set up you will be charged regular price, no refunds. For safety reasons, we cannot put bouncers up in the rain.  If we don't put the bouncer up, then there's no charge. If the weather looks like it may turn foul, then we reserve the right to cancel the rental, reschedule, or terminate the rental early. Again, safety is our main concern, followed by your satisfaction. Bouncers and bad weather don't mix.
If the weather looks like it's taking a turn from good to bad or looks questionable, and you decide to cancel, please call us as soon as possible.

Q: Payment?
A: Payment is cash and is due upon delivery of bounce unit.

Q: Are your inflatables clean?
A: YES. We take care to clean AND sanitize
our inflatables after each and every use.
We take this step seriously and pride ourselves
in providing clean and safe bouncers.

Q: What happens at time of delivery?
A: When the unit is delivered, we will inspect the site where
the unit is to be placed to ensure that it is free of any
obstacles or hazards to the unit or anyone playing in it.
Since the unit has to be anchored in some manner, we will
inquire as to any underground sprinkler systems to make
sure that our stakes do not puncture a hidden pipe.
(Sandbags can be used to secure the jump instead of stakes.)
After the inspection, we will set-up the unit and review
the safe operating instructions with you.

Q: What if I have to cancel?
A: No Problem. Just give us a call.
We do not require a deposit to reserve, so
there is No penalty on cancellation for any reason.
As a courtesy, please try to cancel your reservation
at least 4-5 business days before your event.
This way we can give the opportunity
to someone on our waiting list.

Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Yes. We carry public liability insurance.

Q: How are the bounce houses cleaned?
A: After each use, our bounce houses are thoroughly vacuumed (even between the seams) to get dirt and debris out of the unit and wiped down with a disinfecting cleaner. We pride ourselves in delivering new, clean and attractive units for your enjoyment.

Some important rules to follow are:  Please don’t allow anything sticky like food, drinks, gum, candy, silly string, etc. in the Jumper.  All riders must remove there shoes and any sharp objects before playing in the jumpers.
